Product Registration
Product Return Policy
BoundaryTEC will accept returns for items in unused condition in original packaging received within 30 days from product purchase. Please first contact BoundaryTEC for a return authorization number and shipping instructions before returning any product. Once we receive the returned product, we will credit your Paypal account within 3 business days. Generally, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty - One Year Limited Warranty
Non-Warranty Repair
Please contact BoundaryTEC by phone or email to obtain a return authorization number and further instructions. We will repair or replace non-warranty damage at a reasonable rate. Repair estimates are available by request.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We normally ship orders within 1 business days of receiving payment.
Unless specified, orders are shipped by the US Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail®) or (USPS First Class Mail®) depending on the total order weight.
International Shipping
International Shipping is available to some countries. Please email us to inquire about availability to a specific location and a shipping quote. Note, any duty, taxes, or fees to be paid are the responsibility of the recipient and are generally due upon pick up at your local post office. In some regions there may also be an international handling fee collected. Please contact your appropriate government agency to inquire about applicable import fees.
